Psycho-Educational Assessment
A Psycho-Educational Assessment evaluates a patient's cognitive abilities, academic skills, and psychological functioning to identify learning disabilities, intellectual strengths, and emotional factors that may affect cognitive performance. This assessment is typically conducted by a registered psychologist and includes standardized tests, questionnaires, and interviews.
The evaluation covers areas such as reading, writing, math, attention, memory, problem-solving, emotional wellbeing etc.

This assessment identifies learning barriers and provides a roadmap for academic success. It helps patients access support services, qualify for accommodations, and regain confidence in their learning potential following injury or psychological challenges.
