Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (or OMT) is a hands-on, non-invasive therapy performed by osteopathic physicians to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. OMT uses stretching, pressure, and resistance techniques to restore balance and function throughout the body.
